Trevor Buffington
My stepfather David Hubbard owned and operated a construction company for over 40 years. In 2010 he created the company No Place Like Home to help people with mobility challenges providing stair lifts, ramps, grab bars and much more to the community. As time passed I had to watch my grandmother, who was like a parent to me, suffer from dementia. As the disease progressed she began to lose her ability to walk and needed assistance to get from place to place. Seeing how drastically small modifications to her home enhanced her quality of life I knew that I wanted to be able to provide that same convenience to others.
Learning much of what I know from working with my step father I decided to start Isthmus Mobility with Domenic Ogno to be able to provide that same assistance to the greater Madison area.
Domenic Ogno
Domenic is a born and raised Madison local and a Co-founder of Isthmus Mobility. After a fall seriously impacted his grandfather’s independence, Domenic looked at how he could help seniors in his community keep their freedom and stay in the homes they love. He comes with a background in pharmaceuticals where high standards are the norm and customer satisfaction is critical. He brings that focus on quality work and customer satisfaction to Isthmus Mobility. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering and spending time outdoors.
